Additional responsibilities involved management of Design Center, Interior Design of homes, and management of personnel and company subdivisions.

Upon dissolution of Brown & McMullen, joined Henry S. Miller (later became Coldwell Banker) as real estate agent. Represented clients in both residential and commercial purchases and sales. Later transferred to Remax MLS Real Estate Agency. During time as agent, received ABR, GRI and CRS designations. Member of Board of GLAR (Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors), and Board of Dallas. Licensed Realtor until 2015.
1989 – 2000 Vice President – Operations (Property Management)
Brown & McMullen Investments – Overall responsibility for day-to-day management of four office buildings, three commercial properties, and numerous residential rental properties. Duties included supervision of accounting, leasing, construction and maintenance, company personnel and interfacing with lessees. Licensed as realtor in 1998.
